Club Activities

Social Committee

The Club’s Social Committee is very active in arranging entertainment for members apart from bowls.

We have major social events such as member’s dinners in the Club – usually followed by a lively evening the the Club house in the bar lounge.  Christmas and St. Patrick’s week-end functions and summer barbecues are always well attended.

Concerts with performances from the like of the Celtic Choristers are organised too.

We gather to watch special sports events on the big-screen television with finger food regularly and depending on the part of the world the event is held in we enjoy breakfast or an evening meal on occasion.

Poker nights and members’ competitions are regular events throughout the year.

The Social Committee are a busy group in the Club!
